Since July, the #SouthCentralRIC has been busy working on refreshing our #purposestatement and #values with the help of Blue Beyond Consulting. We had about 150 participants involved in the process and are very excited to almost have a final product. Each summer, the #southcentralRIC data integration team partners with #schooldistricts on planned #dataintegrations to prepare for the #startofschool. Once school resumes, the integration team works closely with the Service Desk to address unplanned integration needs. Currently, the team is averaging a 4-week turnaround for each of the 300+ requests submitted since 7/15. #edtech #teamwork #schoolsupport

The #SouthCentralRIC had a very busy and productive start to the #2324schoolyear. In September, staff handled over 3,000 #supportcalls and closed over 17,000 #supporttickets. In addition to calls and tickets, our users viewed our public-facing #knowledgebase content over 4,100 times. Many other support groups spent a significant amount of time supporting the dozens of mission critical services we deliver to our component school districts on a daily basis. Many thanks to all our outstanding #schoolsupport staff for helping our users get through another busy September. #edtech #teamwork #collaboration
