Server Infrastructure Support
Overview
Provides preventive and on-going support of school district servers including: service desk, troubleshooting, server monitoring, server OS, software configuration, back-up planning, maintenance of hardware/software, lifecycle planning and documentation. Requires a broadband connection to the BOCES regional network.
 
Participation in the Base Network Support Service is a pre-requisite for this service.
The Managed IT Service (MITS) includes this service.
